We assess the accounting knowledge of our applicants, explore their past experiences, and discuss their goals, motivations, and aspirations. Any candidates who are shortlisted will be required to take a 16-personality test.

MEET THE FOUNDER
After working for accounting companies for many years, I was fortunate to observe how leaders run their businesses successfully.
For an accounting company to thrive, it needs a strong backbone – it's the people!

I wondered why customers and accountants leave. So I followed the cycle from customer purchase to rendering the service to when the client decides to leave.
​
After 7 years of studying churn reports, I learned that customers' stay or leave boils down to their overall experience. Typically, a lack of engagement, unmet expectations, or poor customer service drives them away.
​
At the same time, I've seen firsthand how hard accountants work, often at the risk of burnout due to overwhelming workloads.
​
I aim to tackle these challenges head-on. If I can build a team that will help solve these struggles in this industry, I don't see the reason why you shouldn't consider.

On top of that, as a Filipina who experienced the challenging working conditions in the Philippines, I can't help but make a change. I've been there and I know what my fellow Filipinos need and I can make this happen with you!
