MEET THE FOUNDER

After working for accounting companies for many years, I was fortunate to observe how leaders run their businesses successfully. 

 

For an accounting company to thrive, it needs a strong backbone – its people!

My role was to watch carefully why customers and accountants leaveSo I followed the cycle from customer purchase to rendering the service to when it's time to go.

After 7 years of studying churn reports, I learned that customers' stay or leave boils down to their overall experience. Typically, a lack of engagement, unmet expectations, or poor customer service drives them away.

At the same time, I've seen firsthand how hard accountants work,  often at the risk of burnout due to overwhelming workloads. 

I aim to tackle these challenges head-on. If I can build a team that will help solve these struggles in this industry, I don't see the reason why you shouldn't consider.
