Our screening process is rigorous to ensure that we select only the most qualified and suitable candidates for your job opening.
We assess the accounting knowledge of our applicants, explore their past experiences, and discuss their goals, motivations, and aspirations. Any candidates who are shortlisted will be required to take a 16-personality test.

We present the top three candidates to you for consideration and we will provide you with insights based on the results.
Finally, you can choose the candidate who you believe is the best fit for your company.
We assist with the signing of job offers and employment contracts and we then hand over the successful candidates to you.
MEET THE FOUNDER
I founded this company out of frustration with my experiences as an employee in the accounting industry.
I know how these companies operate and I was uniquely positioned to work with a few firms working closely with the owners, the accountants, and the outsourced team. Over time, I've closely observed how clients move through the entire process, from onboarding to getting their accounts ready, and sometimes deciding to leave.
Ultimately, I learned that customers' stay or leave often boils down to their overall experience. Commonly, it's the lack of engagement, unmet expectations, or poor customer service that drives them away.
At the same time, I've seen firsthand how hard accountants work, often at the risk of burning out due to overwhelming workloads. They're often juggling so many clients, making it hard to focus on each one properly.
I want to address these challenges through strategic team expansions. The key is to delegate work and have a strong team that can handle day-to-day accounting tasks so your accountants do the high-level activities.
After studying churn reports and collecting feedback from clients leaving for over 8 years, I am confident to help businesses run more efficiently.
